Meeting Prep Agent
A one-page brief lands in every external meeting invite 30 min before start. Your reps stop opening LinkedIn on the way to the call.
Why build this now
Most meetings still happen cold. Reps pull up LinkedIn on the way to the call. A meeting-prep agent does the pre-read every rep knows they should do but doesn't — and it does it with 100% reliability, not just for the important ones.
What the $1,000 build includes
- Trigger: external meeting on a chosen calendar, >15 min, with non-internal attendees
- Attendee research: LinkedIn (public), company website, recent news
- CRM pull: last 3 touches, current deal stage, open tasks
- Brief structure: who, why they're meeting, last touch, 3 talking points, 2 questions to ask
- Delivery: Google Doc linked in the calendar event description 30 minutes before start
Common gotchas we handle
Personal events misclassified as external
Your kid's soccer game has attendees. We add a filter: external = domain not in your internal allow-list AND event has a conference link.
LinkedIn rate limits
Heavy reps hit LinkedIn's unofficial limits fast. We cache + stagger, and fall back to company-site research if LinkedIn fails.
Wrong CRM match
A generic gmail.com contact may not match the right CRM record. We match on email first, then company domain as fallback, and flag ambiguous matches.
Sample prompt
A redacted version of the prompt skeleton we build around. Your build is tuned to your data.
You are a sales engineer at {companyName}. You have this external meeting in 30 minutes: {event}. Attendee bios: {bios}. CRM history: {crmHistory}. Write a one-page brief in this order: WHO (name, title, company, role), CONTEXT (why meeting), LAST TOUCH (date + 1-sentence summary), TALKING POINTS (3), QUESTIONS (2). Max 300 words.Questions
