We're Setup AI Agents. We implement AI and automate business processes for small and mid-market companies.
Our background is shipping AI products into real production, where the buyer is skeptical, the data is messy, and the failure modes are real. We take one repetitive task, hand it to the right model for the job (ChatGPT, Claude, GigaChat, or YandexGPT), and deliver a working solution end to end.
We work closely and keep the focus on results. The people scoping the spec, writing the prompts, and on the thread when something breaks are one team, not a chain of account managers and juniors.
We're opinionated about what makes a good solution and what doesn't. We'll turn down work where the workflow isn't a fit: over-scoped solutions that try to be everything, vague use cases that can't be spec'd cleanly, or requests where the real problem is org design rather than automation. Turning down bad work is the clearest signal that we'll deliver on the work we take.
We answer our own email. We ship on the dates we quote.
How we work
- Priced on brief. We scope and price by brief, with a written spec and revisions. You know what you're paying before we start.
- Real data from day one. We tune prompts against your actual inputs, not a happy-path sample. Most failures come from testing with 3 examples and shipping; we test with 30–50.
- Handoff, not lock-in. You get a written runbook, a Loom walkthrough, and a named owner on your team. We walk away with no access by default. If you want us on retainer, great; if not, you're not stuck.
- Opinionated but not dogmatic. We'll push back on scopes we think won't work. We'll also listen when you know your team better than we do. If we disagree and we're wrong, we adjust.
Not the right fit if
- You want a big-agency engagement with a kickoff deck and a quarterly-review deck.
- You need on-prem deployment or air-gapped compliance. That's outside what we set up.
- Your goal is to replace headcount with AI. Agents multiply good teams; they don't rescue broken ones.
- You need custom LLM fine-tuning or a dedicated model. That's a different kind of engagement than ours.
