Common gotchas we handle

Enrichment fails silently

If LinkedIn rate-limits or the website is a single-page JS app, naive enrichment returns empty and the draft sounds generic. We add a fallback path that surfaces 'low-confidence' drafts differently so reps know to spend more time on them.

PII and CAN-SPAM

The agent must not draft emails to contacts who haven't opted in or who are in EU/UK without consent. We wire the agent to respect HubSpot's subscription status as a hard gate.

Drift after 50–100 drafts

Prompts that look perfect on 5 samples get monotone at scale. We build in a monthly tune (included in retainer) where we sample 20 recent drafts and tighten the prompt.
